Once again fantastic work from Mitch and his mechanics and also the lovely Beth. Van drives wonderful now all bushes have been replaced, and gripped well to the road with its new boots. Highly recommended for any issues.

My first time using ‘Up N Running’ was for a cam belt change on 22:4:21. I was very impressed with everything. They promptly got back to me with a quote (which was very competitive)explaining everything they would do very clearly. My experience at the reception on drop off and collection was first class, polite, friendly and very efficient, explaining everything that the technicians had done. Also my vehicle was given a wash and valet. I will certainly be using them in the future and I would highly recommend this company.

As a family, we have used Up & Running since they first started and I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. Above anything they are honest, even showing me filters or parts they have replaced and reasons why (they always check I am happy to replace parts when necessary before completing the work). Mitch and his team are professional and knowledgeable in everything they do - I’ve been for MOTs, Services and repairs and have never had any issues at all. All repairs have been diagnosed first time around, they have fully explained what the job entails and I haven’t ever had to go back because the fault is always rectified. I would totally recommend Up & Running to anyone (and I already have with all of my friends).

They were recommended to me by a colleague and were able to see my car quickly, with a very thorough check and explained everything perfectly with easily understandable explanations. Came to UNR with my Golf after being quoted ridiculous prices by main dealer. Both in my initial phone call and throughout the day the communication was excellent. I was given prior warning of all costs involved and a thorough explanation of the work carried. Excellent garage.

They have maintained several of my cars over the years from regular services to fixing problems as they occur - I know I can trust them and that my car is safe and reliable afterwards. Booked vehicle in for diagnostics to investigate airbag warning light issue and another issue with the parking sensors. Hadn't used UNR Automotive before but the reviews looked good and I liked the fact that they were VW specialists. Very impressed with the service I received. Beth in reception was very friendly as was Mitch, the mechanic. He kept me informed on the results of the diagnostics and how they fixed the issues. They also carried out a vehicle health check and made us aware of a potential wear and tear issue. Dropped the vehicle off in the morning and it was repaired on the same day at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend, especially if you have a VW group vehicle.
