Would not recommend this salon to anyone. I booked a wax through Treatwell and arrived for my appointment on time. I checked-in with the lady on reception who asked me to take a seat. After 15 minutes of waiting, I asked her how much longer I'd have to wait. I was told it would be very soon but not given any kind of apology or explanation. There was another lady in the waiting area who said she'd been waiting 25 minutes for hers. I waited another 5 minutes before being led into the back room where I was asked to get ready and wait. The room is nothing like the picture on Treatwell - it was extremely dirty and the door didn't close properly. After another 5 minutes of waiting in this room, I decided to leave. I was given no apology or explanation as to why I had to wait 25 minutes for my appointment. Terrible service and will definitely not be going back.

I had Gel manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was ok but manicure horrible. Never had that kind of manicure before. It was not manicure, the just badly shaped my nails. They did not touch my cuticles. Once nails were painted some product was left at the end of my nails and I had to ask the staff to remove it. I did not like it at all. Table was so dirty and I could even see nails from other people in there. It was not a professional service at all. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will not be back.

I highly recommend Anam Hair & Beauty. It is a beautiful, very clean salon (the photos don’t do it justice), staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the treatment (gel nails mani) was immaculate. Plus very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly service.While getting my gel removed on my hands the soak started burning because it was on for so long and the woman doing my nails laughed.I was adamant that it be taken off as she was trying to tell me to leave it.3 customers were waiting half an hour for appointments & one lady had to leave because they were so late. The owner just joked that she was impatient because she does the wax in 4 mins.There was no apology to the woman.Disgusting service

I have been attending Anam Beauty Shop for 16 years and I can highly recommend. You will receive an excellent service every time with excellent techniques in waxing and threading. Their facials is amazing with high end equipment not seen at many beauty shops that I have attended. Give it a go!!!

I highly recommend this salon for relaxing massage. I booked somewhat last minute for a ladies back shoulders massage and Indian head massage and it was so good. I nearly fell asleep! The masseuse was attentive and always checked I was ok/not in pain and my shoulders feel so much better. Will be coming back again for sure!!

I highly recommend this salon!!I’ve been going for nearly 15 years and it’s the only place that can satisfy everything I need done.The staff are super friendly and so professional, and they get the job done beautifully.The ladies that do my wax are so quick and so efficient and it’s literally PAINLESS! I’ve gone so many different places but no one can do it better than this salon.I recommend this place to all of my friends and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s reading this
