I am very surprised that there are any good reviews of this company.My experience with them was really terrible although in the beginning I did not see it coming.I have booked the valuation of the property I am selling.Unfortunately for me, I had to contact them soon after to get an additional clarification of an issue I discussed with them already.I got through to Adam Robinson, the valuer.His reaction to my phone call left me absolutely shocked and distressed. He was rude,arrogant and aggressive and hung up on me. Avoid at all costs!

I used Selkent recently to get a Help to Buy redemption valuation and I could not recommend them more. They went out of their way to fit me in at short notice, provided an exemplary service and quick turnaround of the report. I received excellent service recently when I asked asked Selkent to carry out a survey on a property I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, the property was not sound. Adam contacted me immediately and advised me. He was very clear, offering support and advice. When I found another property he acted quickly, demonstrating professionalism, honesty, care, integrity and kindness, which in my opinion are rare qualities today.
