HPB Duloe Manor

Superb, beautiful place for our vacation, quiet, well-kept gardens and paths, the accommodation is above 5 star, all the amenities deserve 5 star. The disabled accommodation is perfect for wheelchair users, the bathroom downstairs is a wetroom, an adjustable sink for height, and the shower has fantastic water power with adjustable head. The kitchen has everything you need to produce 3 course meals. Nice reception area with games room, library for books, and DVDs, small shop with honesty system.

Lovely week spent at Duloe Manor. Excellent accommadation as usual from HPB.

You have to be a bond holder to book here (or any other HPB property). We have made many visits to this site over the past 20 odd years which is testament to the site standards, management and location.There is a small shop selling local produce, frozen home cooked meals and some essentials plus luxury goods. There is a games room ( console for kids), table tennis and table football. Tennis equipment is available, it is a shame though that the putting course has been replaced by a garden. There are 2 indoor pools (1larger pool, 1 toddler pool), and 1 outdoor pool. There is a sauna and steam room, a small gym ( rower, cross trainer and some dumbells plus floor mat). Loads of walks on and off site. Great for 3 generations of family holiday.

Fantastic place to stay. Nice and quiet. Both indoor and outdoor pools were warm and the splash pool was perfect for my two young kids.Plenty to do on site- golf, croquet, table tennis and pool, as well as a good selection of toys, books and dvds to borrow.If planning to go off site, there are plenty of lovely small beaches a short drive away.Self catering cottage was clean and a good size. We requested a bed guard and bath which were both clean.If planning on eating out, make sure you book in advance. We decided to eat out last minute mid week only to discover that a vast majority of restaurants in the local area were fully booked.

Beautiful grounds and adequate rooms albeit shower room a bit small. 4 miles from Looe. We were in dog friendly room. Great stay with our friends.

We loved our stay at Duloe. The cottage was great lovely and clean and everything we needed. There was lots to do we loved playing table tennis, pool, tennis, croquet and golf. We also went for the meal on Monday night which was excellent and enjoyed chatting with other holiday makers. There was lots of good places to eat and plenty places to visit

Duloe Manor is the home of the Holiday Property Bond in Cornwall. Located on the edge of the village, the high quality self-catering rental accommodation is exclusively available to HPB investors. There are two swimming pools, one indoor (including a toddler splash pool) and one outdoor (seasonal), a gym, sauna and steam room. The forty holiday properties are set in 15 acres of manicured gardens, parkland and ancient woods.

Great place to stay but sauna and steam room were broken. However the shop was very nice

Very informative Welcome Meeting" should have come for 2 weeks (not 1) as there is so much to do. Location ideal for doing all the tourist spots. There's a local bus and train station not too far."
