I've had many deliveries by Express Freight, and I have to say I can only congratulate them for good customer service.I don't know the drivers name, but whoever normally does deliveries to Bangor is a gentleman.Helped me manhandle a 57KG box that he was delivering into my porch.

5 days to deliver from Dublin to Omagh! Package is damaged and strong sellotape is tear off. Is someone opened my box? No? If this happened due transportation I give one star anyway, because looks like no one care about my parcel. 5 days 100 miles. I can walk faster.

Avoid at all costs! We had been a good customer of Express Freight for several years until they damaged one of our shipments, costing us thousands. The damage was fraudulently concealed by their drivers, warehouse and/or affiliates and delivered to the consignee. Receiving compensation for the damage was like getting blood from a stone. Staff were particular resentful and idiotic on the phone and refused to reply to emails.

I had emailed and booked for a pallet to be collected from England to be delivered to NI on 7th October and was stated it would take 4/5 days not a problem as we needed for end of October - Today 5th November i have just been contacted yet again by the company in England that the Pallet is still be to collected and we now have to pay holding fees as the pallet was not lifted in the time stated! Very unprofessional and poorly managed, this was after speaking with a Sales Coordinator from Freight Express 3/4 different times asking for updates and conformation!

Received a large delivery of Nursery furniture today. Driver left the pallet half on the pavement and half in the road..that's as far as I can get it" he said. Refused to help me move the boxes inside my house and watched me struggle and near fall over and did nothing. "Oh I'm not allowed " . Where is the human compassion? It's ok to watch someone struggle then is it..clearly a job beyond my capabilities. Very rude and totally unhelpful!! I hope no one treats his wife like that!!!"

It would have been one-star if not for Tony and Debbie in the office who managed to find my parcel - they were great, the courier? hmm... not so great in my opinion. TLDR: The parcel went missing for a week, only to show up under someones desk. During this time compare what was done on each side: Tuesday last week I got a voicemail (I couldn't pick up as I was doing a job) advising delivery attempted and I called the courier back to try and arrange re-delivery (NB: I had asked the sender to put my phone number on the parcel as I live in an apartment block and access is tricky). I texted the courier on the following three days asking for his company name as his voice message was unclear and I didn't know who to call. I finally worked out the company on Friday and called the staff there. I texted the courier again and asked him for updates. Yesterday (Monday) I drove from Belfast to the depot to speak with staff. I also was in contact with the sender the whole time, started a lost package claim with eBay, and worried a lot that my expensive goods were lost. I drove down from Belfast again today to pick up the parcel. During the same period the courier (who had my phone number and about 8 text messages from me did: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No contact, no callback (although he told staff he left further messages - he didn't), no attempt at redelivery even though I texted every day when I was back at home, (although he told staff he tried two more times to deliver - he didn't) no apology, no information, no update, no text message simply stating where the parcel was... NADA. Then my parcel magically re-appeared under someones desk the day after I visited the depot. So, once again - a big thanks to Tony and Debbie for their very professional help and I am glad I finally got my parcel after a week of stress. I think part of the problem is that Express uplift from other freight companies, so you might expect it to come from, say An Post in my case, but it gets delivered by Express. On a failed delivery, if the driver doesn't convey who tried to deliver, then you are left wondering who to contact. I hadn't heard of Express" as mentioned in the voicemail

Thanks for your response - appreciated. Where shall I send the consignment number to please? ThanksI have been waiting for my delivery for over a month now. First delivery never made it here and was returned to the sender and nobody could explain why. Was sent out again and has now been sitting in their warehouse for over a week. Customer service is unobtainable as I type this review (an answering machine that says to call between 9 and 5 lol) but, even while they are lovely people when you speak to them, they don't really know whats happened to my delivery... Tracking site is useless..

I recently ordered laminate floors form a warehouse in Northern Ireland and was given Express Freights contact information to track my pallet of floors since I was waiting for the floors to be delivered to our new home. Since dealing with express freight there has been a lack of clarity and transparency in regards to where my floors are and it took them a few hours to admit that they actually can’t locate them (they cost me a couple of thousand Euro by way). It’s now my second day that I am taking off work, waiting for the floors, waiting for an update or for a second solution. I have floor fitters aligned to lay the floors at our new home before we move in, and I have already called them off as they were meant to start yesterday. I have offered to pick up the floors at their depot in Dublin myself since I am really caught for time, but they still don’t know where my floors are! Every time I contact them I hit a wall, and blame is shifted to their currier partners, which honestly is not my issue. Very frustrating! I will change my review if by some miracle they find my floors today, but they would still be delayed and I will likely will have to rent a van and pick them up myself, having paid for delivery already, so my review will it improve much.
