I have to give Alex and the team at Towns five stars. It’s how one resolves a problem that defines a good company.On Friday I emailed them to ask if they had a component that would connect two different items. Not being a plumber I did not know the name for what I needed. They emailed me back to say they had and could I call in on Monday to collect. When I did the part was missing, possibly sold on Saturday. Alex spent ages looking through competitors websites to find the item and sent up to Wolsey. Three days later Alex sent me an email apologising and saying that if I had not managed to get it, it was not in stock. The part only cost £3.50. That is real customer service.

Not just product shifters. Very helpful staff for a diy'er like me with plenty of options and suggestions; things I wouldn't know about because I'm not a plumber. Towns is my first choice for any plumbing jobs I do and will continue to be so.
