Two nights, two different meals, two totally different experiences!Wednesday night, lovely staff, food was hot and served with care.Thursday night, half floor was closed, food was below average, chips were horrible and the order brought to our table was slapped down and missing items!

Stopped here on the way back from Tenby. New McDonald’s situated in a useful place as you hit St Clears. I’ve seen mixed reviews but we were served quickly and the order was correct. Plenty of seating available as well as parking. More places being built on the site which is great if you are on the way to or from West Wales.

Food was hot and tased as though it had been freshly prepared.The apple pie is a bit hit and miss. Today, it was warm, not hot, and they have taken the time sticker off the package, so you can't track the use by time.It was very busy-pleased for the restaurant, but there was no one monitoring the disposal of rubbish and clearing. Hence, it was piling up. I know they will say they were short staffed or very busy, and I'm sure there will be a reason these are just my observations.

This restaurant is really squalid, with food waste mashed into the floor and with mainly dirty tables and seating. Although several tables were unoccupied, all were filthy. Asked loitering waiting staff for help but only cleaned table, cleaned the seats ourselves and had to ask the indifferent manger for someone to clean the floor so we weren’t trodding in the food waste accumulating under the tables. Was also shocked that prior customers would deem it appropriate to leave such a shocking mess. No toilet paper in the bathroom. AVOID!

Very quiet on the day I visited so couldn't understand that I was unable to get a big mac as I was 4 minutes early so had to have a so called breakfast pokey little muffin by the time it came i could have had a burger

I don't know why this is currently only 4.0, this was a great McDonald's! We were all pleased and we were literally commenting on how it was a 10/10 McDonald's.Fries were especially good - crispy, hot, and just the right amount of seasoning.Really clean and fresh inside too!

The place is clean. Parking is good. Food is served correctly. Staff are polite and quick. Never had any issues and they I am always impressed how organised it feels
