The TP Group

I had a pretty bad experience working for this company. Matthey Dixon is a big liar. I started the job with a set price, and when the day came to give the money, he said that these were the old prices. I've been waiting for the amount for 4 months of £1600. When I write to them I am fed only with lies. I do not recommend this company at all!!!

Had a fire door fitted recently. TP Group had the best quote. I have to say the customer service has been second to none. I’ve been kept informed of proceedings from start to finish and if there were any concerns, Ross in particular was always patient with me and quick to respond. My certified fire door installers, Charlie and Mario were prompt, efficient and tidy. Having not physically seen the door before ordering, I was very pleasantly surprised at the good quality and beautiful aesthetics of the door. Overall a very pleasant experience.
