I had a towbar fitted by another company from Peterborough. Subsequently I had electrical issues with the installation and I tried in vain for weeks to contact the installers to get them to fix the issue but unfortunately for me they appear to have disappeared. By chance I rang Ferry Secure and was helped out by John even though it was not his company's problem. Most companies would not have wanted to get involved. Wish I had gone to Ferry Secure in the first place!

I needed a tow bar fitting asap after buying my first caravan. Despite being busy, I was fitted-in to their busy schedule. The fitting of the tow bar was quick and very efficient, with all electrical checks carried out to ensure the tow bar electrics worked correctly. The service was brilliant and I couldn't fault the price. I would definitely use them again.

Since Caravanning we have had 2 Cars and used TTG for both Cars. We got a new car in December and had a Detachable Towbar Fitted. The Lock was faulty and Jon immediately ordered a replacement and fixed the problem. A more serious issue occured with the Car and for some reason the Car Battery was going flat. On learning this Jon arranged for the current Kit to be replaced with a brand new Kit, despite being totally confident that the Towbar Wiring would not be the problem.Excellent service from a Company who can be totally trusted.

I've attempted a number of times to speak to this business over the past week relating to getting a front & rear dashcam fitted in my new car, but haven't received any communication despite being told on two occasions I will be contacted.If you aren't interested or are busy enough, please simply say that and not keep people hanging on. Have now placed my business elsewhere.
