Warmest and friendliest people I’ve ever met - shout out to Phil and Sarah :)Phil is a real expert and knows his stuff, I would highly recommend.It was my first time coming here as my previous piercer had messed up my conch. My ear was practically sucking in the jewellery with its swelling. I was nervous about coming, but Phil and Sarah helped me with their calm reassurance and expert advice. They were completely non-judgemental and super understanding.Because of the swelling, I had to get my piercing removed in the hospital. Phil saved my piercing: I returned to Club 22 Tattoo after the hospital trip to get a new, longer post put in with minimal pain. Feeling so much better and really glad I came to Club 22 Tattoo.

Can’t get through on the phone. All messages are ignored.I’ve had all my tattoos done by both Phil’s at club 22, and absolutely love them. However, for the last few years, trying to get an appointment or even a response from the shop is impossible. I call on days the shop is open, no response. I message the social media, they read the messages, no response. When you do get a response, you are met with an awful attitude and they deny you have ever reached out. When you do get an appointment, you will show up on the day and they will cancel your appointment (this has happened 3 times now between me and my dad who have always gone to club22). I will be finding somewhere else to go, but beyond disappointed by the lack of customer service.
