Totally saved our day and holiday on Sunday evening! Unfortunately we had a slick tyre on our rental car, they helped us out and also communicated with the rental company. Really helpful and friendly, recommended 100%!

I’m a newly qualified driver and my car overheated on the motorway. I visited Windsor Autos to establish the problem. They were able to assist last second on a Saturday afternoon. Not only were they able to fix the problem, but they also educated me on the essentials of my car. Excellent service from the mechanics, I will be back for future services.

After waiting 9 hours for our (ex) insurance company to send a recovery vehicle for our boxer campervan, Wilson Auto stepped in at the last minute and came immediately after a long day on the phone to an unprofessional insurance company. Peter himself came brought us and the van to his garage then brought us home in his own car. The van was fixed the next morning and a fraction of what we were quoted. Extremely time consuming and parked the car on a double yellow line causing a parking fine which they refused to pay. Took over a week to sort an electrical issue.

Rang about my car getting the steering rack replaced as I was let down, had it fixed that day within a few hours at a cheap enough price . Great experience, class mechanics, would definitely recommend. Will definitely be going back if I have any other issues with my car!

An injector went in my car on the M1 on the way to Belfast International Airport this afternoon. I managed to get to the car to the airport carpark and got in touch with Windsor Auto Services and Mark came to tow me from the airport to the garage. Peter kept in touch with me to reassure that Mark was on route and when I reached the garage they began working on my car very quickly. They had a new injector inserted and I was back on the road within an hour of reaching the garage. I found the boys all very friendly and warm considering I wasn’t a local. I would highly recommend their services. There aren’t too many places that put out for a non regular on a Friday afternoon/evening and work until after 7.30pm. Thanks so much lads. Keep up the great work. 10/10 service.

My car broke down a rung the boys at Windsor auto services. Peter was with me within 5 minutes of ringing. Got the car round to the garage turned out I needed a new clutch. This was about 7pm by 5pm the next day Peter rung me and told me the car was ready to go everything fixed on a Saturday aswell. Outstanding work all round less than 24 hours everything sorted highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service last Sunday when they went out of their way to repair a emergency puncture for my family. Fast, friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.

Our car was on the verge of breaking down , all car repair centres were closed and we found Windsor Auto Services. Peter and his partner with their brilliant skills got the car repaired in no time and went an extra mile and even got us spare parts. They saved our road trip!!

I had this cosmetic company fix it, they didn't fix anything I needed, and I waited 5 working daysand started fixing something else. they did a bad job. I had to return the car twice, and I paid them and they said that the car was in repair, nothing was true, but on the way to work my car started to smoke. so I took the car to another repair shop of better quality than this company, I am only asking for advice, and if they are at all qualified to repair a BMW, I do not recommend Windsor auto service because I am not satisfied and they only caused problems with my car.
