The food is good and so is the service. The only issue is cash only. It is 2023 and no card payments. Does not take a genius to work out why. But please consider card payments. As the food is good this can be overlooked, but something to consider for convenience.

Usually food is always perfect. Fresh cooked and juicy. Previous time I ordered same burger without Algerian sauce and i received it with Algerian. I called person on the phone was very polite. Today I order again and my burger was without beef. And all the burgers was cold. I called again. Person on the phone was kind enough to offer me to go on place and to receive 2 , but I don’t drive at the moment. That’s why I’m gonna leave just 3 ⭐️ I am deeply disappointed because this is my favourite place

Burgers were ok with decent sauces. Fries tasted really nice but felt liked they'd been warmed up.

Whenever I've fancied a burger my first choice has been Slamburgers, unfortunately the burgers I ordered today both had stale buns. I ordered just as they opened so surely the buns should have been fresh. Nevertheless, regardless of ordering times no one should get stale buns. I'm not one to waste food therefore I did not return it. However, its not very appetising to eat hard stale buns. I ordered a cheese burger and a chicken steak burger both had stale buns; the samarai supreme was good.

Very good selection of burgers, but there was not much description of what was in each one.Service was fast enough, considering everything was cooked fresh.All 3 of us had a different burger & all thought it was amazing. The menu said 50p extra for large fries but when I tried to upgrade I was told there is only 1 size of chips! However, the standard size was plenty.We all got given a weird Rand sachet of spicy sauce - which was also good! Soda was a standard size can rather than draught" in a cup - which is smaller but better flavour.Some parts of the place were a bit scruffy and run down

Very poor customer service ordered a meal on the phone 30 mints prior to pickup because there no delivery service. And no order was placed through upon arrival asked to make a fresh order there and then . What is the point of phone order when they don’t take place very disappointed for a new shop

Tried on the new location opening of Slamburger in Luton today! They had face painting, branded balloons and colouring pens etc for the kids.We got takeaway and the food was delicious and the buy 1 get 1 free burger is a no brainer. Only comment would be the fried wings, they are very spicy and not ideal for kids to enjoy. Would definitely go back.
