Fife Group - Self Storage Kirkcaldy

Within 25 minutes of discussing a storage unit with my mum. I searched and found fife group. Called them visited and signed for one. So much cheaper than i thought. Nice friendly staff.

No sure I can review this.I was there with someone else.It's a storage facility, it was clean, has easy access to the building and different size units.Not really more I can say than that.Ps, wee bit on the cold side when I visited.Storage areas have no heating or electric in the units.

I have been using it for over two years, very clean, good storage spaces, very friendly reliable staff

First Aid refresher done over two days- clear communication and active participation, would definitely recommend here for any further training requirements.

I have had my items (nearly everything I own) in storage here for 1.5 years. Last week they called to say that due to the insane amout of rain some water got into my unit. They unpacked and moved everything to another unit, sent pictures of the damage and got the insurance forms sorted. When I went to see the damage they had removal men there again to unpack it all so I could look/access everything, damaged or not. They provided boxes so I could repack the damaged boxes while reviewing the contents, and the Ops Manager himself was there to help the whole time.They not only have a good facility, they have friendly and helpful staff to help if there is ever a problem. When things go wrong it's how it's managed that will annoy or impress a customer, and gee was I impressed. Not much was damaged and I left extremely happy with the whole experience. My life is in that place and I feel comfortable with them looking after it.Would highly recommend! Great value for money.

We had some belongings stored in this storage facility for around 10 months and can honestly say this is the best company by far, Used other companies in Scotland before but will only choose Fife Group in the future 10/10 and a special mention for Glenda who is so helpful and professional.

Just signed up for a storage unit, great service, amazingly friendly and helpful staff member, and a great storage space sorted out for me at a difficult time. well done and thank you

The units are great, lots of different sizes available, clean, secure and well maintained. the staff are what really made my experience memorable. They're all so incredibly kind and helpful, and they even went out of their way to contact me after a furniture delivery had been made and they were concerned about how the items were left in the unit.
