Brilliant friendly guy, Andrew finished ahead of the time he said it would take even though the elements threw rain, hail and a bit of snow at him all whilst I stayed nice and warm indoors until it was finished.

Tyre fitter couldn't remove locking wheel nut (not his fault) was booked for Friday 8am-12pm slot. Was advised to get the nuts off & call back & he would return later the same day. I called back once I had them removed to be told his head office wouldn't allow him to return that day & to call them, which I did & arranged for a slot for Sunday. Nobody came on Sunday & office shut. Called back today (Monday) to be told it will be done tomorrow! We have a very sick old dog who needs urgent vet care but vet won't attend due to covid 19 plus I need to collect meds for my disabled wife & get shopping. We live in a rural area so a car is vital to do these things. Very unhappy with the service we are receiving & wont use this company again.
