Told me that a 22ct solid gold ring was gold on silver. Shocking!!! Illegal practice and clearly CLUELESS about the very thing they sell- precious metals. I have put photos of the ring, one being the ring as is and the other is the ring after I split it. It is clearly solid gold through, as confirmed by a jeweller on the same road (Hannah Street). If I were you, I would avoid these people like the plague and find another jewellers that know what they are doing!!!Also, they were very unhappy I went in the shop while they were doing a shop fitting". For a shop that wants people to spend many hundreds of pounds on a single item

if i could rate this a zero i would . jackie is two faced and comes across as a very nice person which she aint! . she is evil. i had trouble with my wedding ring . two diamonds fell out and i had trouble from the start she lied to me and i had to demand my money back which was a strugggle . she swore at me and went very nasty in the shop! . that woman got no heart what so ever dont ever shop here .

Absolutely shocking quality , payed £60 for a bangle that lasted under 5 months before it snapped , went and took the bracelet back to owner and was told it was my own fault, it wouldn't have snapped for no reason , the lady owner had stinking attitude towards me and basically said tuff !!! Wouldn't recommend buying from this shop and would rate at 0 if I could
