Went in on the off chance after visiting Colour Bank for LVT flooring. Huge range and choices of Flooring available. We managed to get the exact flooring for a fraction of the price quoted by Colour bank!! Super impressed with the Flooring. Their customer Service is Fab! Great service and friendly staff

Ordered flooring for my stairs which he stated was correct for my stairs. payed over £500 to get the best flooring possible... Only to find out the laminate ordered and the fittings were from 2 different companies.. Didnt give us a refund. very unprofessional and a total scam artist as he was in city centre before and now moved. do not trust at all.. His got the talk but thats to get the money out your pocket.. his meant to be only selling Quick-step but sold us Balterio and sold us quick step click which doesnt work... He tried to tell his carpenter to cut the wood in half to make it work but that means chipped wood.. Avoid at any cost. Rude and unprofessional...Answering to his reply:1) Why would we order a stair case from China. We ordered only the Stair rail which has nothing to do with the flooring. Also you had a look at the stair case at our house and even on the phone we sent images over....2) We paid but you lost our flooring and then closed your premisses and moved somewhere and then you went on holiday. So cannot blame us for the 1 year delivery you did.Still bunch of lies.. Do not trust at any cost. He changed his company name aswell..

This without doubt has been the worst and most frustrating experience with a shop I can remember; the service I received was unprofessional and shambolic. Staff did not take responsibility for their own failings, i.e. not checking stock with the supplier before taking payment and arranging delivery date; not calling me to tell me the floor was out of stock, not calling to tell me the floor could not be delivered even though they knew it had not arrived at the shop and it would not be possible, not returning calls , not arriving on time when the delivery was finally arranged and not telling me they would be late. When the floor was finally delivered items were missing, I am yet to see if they will arrive; I have not received any paperwork.The only positive of the experience and the only reason I finally got the floor was because the supplier called me in person and took responsibility for the mistakes of their rep who took the order by text on a Saturday and confirmed it by text to the shop without checking the stock; they then sourced the floor from their contacts and organised for it to be shipped to the shop.The whole set up would appear to be casual and disjointed.To their credit they did compensate me by giving free delivery and upgrading the underlay; however I would rather have been treated with respect, like a valued customer, received honest and prompt communication about problems and felt confident that I could trust them.

Unfortunately a slight issue which led me to mark down 2 starts. We made a flooring purchase which included a large door plate (Plate cost £25), when collecting the laminate we were told the door plate hadn’t been ordered and to return the next day which we did, to only be told it still hadn’t been delivered. I advised the manager it was an hour round trip on each occasion and I didn’t want to return for a third time. The manager advised he had a team working in my local area the next week and he would arrange for it to be delivered to me. This was 3 months ago and I still don’t have the door plate. It is a real shame as other than this issue, the staff were great and we were generally happy with our purchase but I can’t help feel we’ve been short changed.

They experienced and professional. They have high quality products. So when you get a good deal from them you know you weren't sold a low quality.
