Had the most amazing meal and dining experience courtesy of Aiden the Gentleman Chef. Everything about our evening was perfect from food to hosting to feeling relaxed and spoilt. Highly recommend

What an amazing Wedding Anniversary surprise experience! Thank you Aiden.This was an absolutely special experience which brought my wife to tears. You provided a delightful setting in which we could have an exciting and intimate dinning experience which really began from the moment I got in touch with you. You discussed with me our favourite foods and then went away and came back with a bespoke menu encompassing all our preferences but with a twist. Your take on my love on home made crumble with ice cream and how you elevated it to a taste and texture with surprise infusions including black pepper was beyond a crumble lovers dreams. Our Sautéed King Prawn starter with Chipotle & Garlic Tomato Sauce with toasted corn bread, my Sirloin Steak with Miso Butter, my wife’s Sous Vide Chicken Breast with the Mushroom & Tarragon Sauce. The ambiance, music selection, quality and presentation of food made this the perfect 20th Anniversary. I loved the added touch of the short video you sent us of the whole evening. I hope that your business has survived the COVID 19 pandemic. I wish you every success. I see the Gentlemen Chef as a brand and an experience that should become a huge bespoke dining business. 5 out of 5 stars.

When opening my first restaurant Aiden was recommended to me by a friend who had some work done by him before.His help was invaluable in setting up the menu, recipes, kitchen layout during the refurb and training the cooks. All I will say is, you better make sure you're hungry, cause you will want to keep on eating. I was lucky enough to visit the Gentleman Chef's studio recently; the food is fabulous and the atmosphere is nothing but welcoming...i cannot recommend highly enough!

I was fortunate enough to be invited to the Gentleman Chef’s studio recently, and despite being vegan, truly had such an accommodating, unique culinary experience. The Gentleman Chef has such a deep understanding about what it takes to conjure up a memorable meal, all delivered through his high level of professionalism and clear passion for creating impeccable food. Even just watching him manipulate the kitchen was a striking part of the experience as a whole. Highly recommended.

I have experienced Aiden’s fantastic food experience twice. Both times sublime. The taster menu is a must. I cannot recommend The Gentleman Chef enough. The food is great and he has the ability to engage with you just enough. Talking you through the food - but knowing when you and your guest(s) just want the be left to enjoy the night amongst yourselves. Book it; you won’t regret it.

Aiden cooked for me and 8 friends for my 40th birthday dinner. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, he was really responsive to my enquiries, and designed a fabulous menu which met my brief perfectly. On the night he was professional, courteous and left the kitchen of the AirBnB house I had booked immaculately tidy....even loading the dishwasher for us. Most importantly his food was sublime, the flavours and textures were perfectly curated, everything was delicious and served in just the right quantities. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
