I have worked for GPX/cleshar before and found them to be a top company under Craig Wards management. Safety and training are excellent. Great wage rates and money always on time. Management very helpful and on hand at any time when needed. Looking forward to working for them again in the future.

A honest review on my experience to help others. I was promised a place on a welders assistant course which never happened. So when I finally signed up with gpx the manager there Craig ward is the most unprofessional useless unhelpful individual. When ever I try to call the office for work and an update on courses there's another useless waste of space in the office called Fernando who tells me my course is cancelled and there's no work and to get back in contact with Craig. The place is a joke A complete waste of my time. Stay clear of gpx!

Poorly paid considering the industry standard and risks involved. Training you receive with this company in non transferable. Once you finish your employment with Cleshar your skills card will be inactive.

I have just finished my first year at Cleshars after 15 years at London Underground. I have found the management team helpful and proactive, and always on hand to offer leadership and guidance.The railway can be a very rewarding industry if you are willing to put the work and time in. However if you think you can register with multiple agencies and cherry pick what shifts you want, don't be surprised when the company won't invest in you.

I worked for GPX a few months ago and I never had a problem with anything, payments on time, contact impeccable, any inaccuracies solved at an express pace. I have always appreciated and recommended this company to everyone in the industry
