Value car parks is a nice clean carpark.It's a bit expensive, however there are nice spaces available. Although we didn't need them (yet) there are electric charge points here as well. There's also a dedicated floor for blue badge holders.Lift between floors was clean. Stairs were also clean and well lit.The car park isin a really convenient place for Belfast center.You can do a lot worse.And given how clean it is and the attention for disability I think this is a nice touch.....

Very good car parking in heart of city. Nicely designed and ample space. Reason for giving 3 stars is the name of this car park. Its NOT a Value" car park in cost sense. Way costly for people to spend few hours in around. Costed me £21(max for the day) for ~7 hrs."

AVOID AVOID AVOID, YOUVE BEEN WARNEDParked here today for 2 hour stay, arrived at 11:31, entered my ticket into machine displaying time as 13:31, charged me for 3 hours. Called the attendant who said I've been charged for 3 hours as it must have been a few seconds over 2 hours, he was unsympathic and abrupt, said he was the manager to do what the machine says because he can't change it and if I didn't like it send an email.Felt ripped off, EXTRA HOUR CHARGED for 5 seconds! ZERO TOLERANCEPrices not displayed at point of entry, have to go to first floor first by which case most drivers would feel too commitedOpportunists with RIP OFF PRICES!!

I must highly commend this Car Park when visiting Belfast City. While my comments are certainly relating to ease of access , central to most hotels and very clean, my real experience of this Car Park was about a member of staff Dale". My husband and I had a very stressful situation when we thought we had lost our Car keys which would have meant serious issues for us being so far from home etc. Dale who was on duty that day was so supportive and through his general communication style put us at ease and reassured us all would get sorted

It's a clean, safe, and well maintained car park. centrally located. Right by a few hotels: Leonardo Hotel (formerly Jurys Inn), Europa, Holiday Inn, Clayton, and others.Due to its location it is expensive, as of June 2023 the maximum all day price was 25 GBP. The Leonardo Hotel (and likely others) validate parking which knocked 4 GBP off a full day stay. On my last day in Belfast I had forgotten to get reception to validate the parking ticket and the car park attendant was kind enough to get extend the discount.TLDR - nice car park right in/around city center, as a result it is fairly pricey

All EV charging spaces had petrol or diesel cars parked in them. Definitely not a cheap place to park in Belfast despite it’s name. Owners couldn’t care less about EV bays being taken which is ridiculous as it’s one of their unique selling points
