Bought my first electric car with them. Chris the salesman was excellent and actually drove to my home to deliver it.

I was staying at a nearby campsite and blew a fuse plunging the motorhome into darkness. Found Keith Price on Google Maps and walked up to see if I could get a replacement blade fuse. The guy on the desk was very helpful and within a couple of minutes he came back with two fuses. When I asked the cost, he just said “Have a great day!” If this is the way they treat strangers, I’d love to be one of their customers

Wonderful garage ran by mrs price who was lovely during the sale of my vehicle.We was seen by Jo who was friendly and very attentive.Unfortunately i cannot say the same about the sales man that handled my purchase.The sales man who goes by the name of Russ was rude and very incompetent when we had issues with the vehicle and hour after collecting.I owned the vehicle for 10 weeks but in this time only drove it for three of those weeks as there was on going problems.During this process Russ was highly unprofessional as he wasn't bothered at all with the issues we was receiving after spending 16000 for the vehicle.We decided to then give the vehicle back for a full refund but Russ was adamant that we wasn't having our full refund back and he ultimately won as we received a percentage back. Russ refused us our full refund and was extremely dismissive and rude.We also got harassed by russ after returning the car for the number plates as there was private ones on there. we insured him that we would take them over soon as the log book came through but he wouldnt take this as an answer and didnt leave us alone until he had them.This isn't a review on the garage as like I've previously stated mrs price was absolutely lovely so was Jo and the keith price garages has always been a fabulous family run business but i think she needs to know that the sales man responsible for this could potentially ruin a good garages reputation. If we could have dealt with jo again we would have 100% had purchased a different vehicle from here but unfortunaly due to russ and his rude manner it really put us off. Really let down by the aftermarket support during these issues. And ultimately wont be returning here again.

We collected our Subaru today from Russ. We have had Subarus for thirty years and probably the same number of Subaru cars within that time. We have used various Subaru main dealer garages over the years but I have to say, Russ at Keith Price Garages is the best we have ever used. Total professionalism throughout and extremely friendly. Russ has been the most impressive person I have ever dealt with within the Subaru franchise. Thank you to Russ’s colleague for applying the Autoglym Lifeshine, she has prepared the car to an exceptional standard. This will be our future Subaru garage of choice. Russ was fantastic and very honest in his opinion on the condition of the car especially as we travelled a long way to view. The car was almost immaculate... he was completely true to his word, very friendly and slow and consise in explaining all we had to do. Thanks Russ for everything we're very happy. Fantastic service when purchasing my new (used) car from the Subaru garage. Lewis was an excellent salesman who gave me time and space to make my decision, but was always on hand to answer any questions. He was friendly and kept in touch throughout the handover process… Also, a special mention to Lola (the manager’s daughter) who really looked after my 2 year old daughter with delicious hot chocolates (that she still talks about!) and CBeebies on the telly!! These personal touches, including a little gift on handover, made the whole buying experience very pleasant. Highly recommended.
