This place is an absolute nightmare. First, they slap you with a fine for turning around in their car park when they're closed. Then, the inside is like stepping into a bizarre circus. The staff, particularly the Asian women, looked like they were auditioning for a blow-up doll role. I wouldn't trust them with a pair of scissors, let alone my hair. And the icing on the cake? The overwhelming stench of a strange odour lingering in the air. Avoid this place unless you're into fines, questionable staff, and strange odours.

FAKE FAKE FAKE! Reviews are 1 Million% fake. This is not a business this is a scam to collect parking fines when you attempt to visit them. Literally dropped off and turned around in 3 minutes and then a £100 fine comes through the door.

Absolutely disgusted. I visited the post office next door and was greeted with a sign outside stating closed due to staff illness. As I am not from this town, I stayed in my car whilst searching on my phone for the nearest alternative postoffice. I was there for less than 5 minutes and never left my car. I have come home today to be greeted to a parking fine issued on behalf of this business. You need to get a grip of this parking company before you lose a lot of customers, if indeed you have any left!

I have visited the salon and I am appalled at the behaviour of people not understanding that a private car park is a private car park. It is upon the person driving there vehicle to be aware of notices that clearly state that you will be fined for unauthorised use. Shocking to see men walking in hurling abuse at female staff thinking it's acceptable behaviour. The car park is convent for the use of the salon. The staff are extremely good at there jobs and it's sad to see people intentionally trying to ruin it.

Absolutely terrible place, dropped my partner off for a treatment and ended up with a debt collection letter for £170 even though I've had no parking fines or reminders posted to me!

I booked here for the first time didn't know what to expect I had a few treatments done. All I can say is I was not disappointed staff did a great job I left with a smile. They are very friendly listened to what I wanted and would 100% recommend this place. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

This place is a scam, I turned my car around in their car park and got a car parking ticket for £100 !! It even states on the letter I was there less than 3 minutes. Not sure if this is a car parking fine company or an actual beauty salon. This place has fake 5* reviews and is barely open. Please keep well clear of this place.This “car park” they are fining people for, is a grotty piece of land and makes no sense why they would want to charge people a disgustingly high fine for turning around in. I cannot understand what this company is benifiting from issuing these huge fines. The company also is gated but purposefully left open without any signage until you actually enter the car park itself making it impossible to know this is a restricted area until it is too late, hense why I believe this is a scam.As there is no way to respond I will just edit my previous post. Funnily you state I have read your “sign” (if you can call it that) incorrectly, when in fact you have read my post incorrect. I state that on the letter of the fine it states I was there less than 3 minutes. How can that be considered parking? No grace period given or time to be able to locate a “sign” Not even council fines are that high. Surely you have a passion for hair and beauty, owning a salon, why tarnish your name over the sake of charging local working people ridiculous amounts of money in a cost of living crisis. Do not go to this place the place is rubbish will ruin your eyebrows for start the manager has no manners. They rip off employees. Park there and you get a parking fine also

Love getting my hair dyed at this Salon. Zerina is very patient in answering my all queries and helps me understand different styles, hair textures, and colours. I have had my hair dyed and highlighted to a few different shades over the last year and Zerina gets it right each time, She has also educated me about colour aftercare. Great service with a warm welcome every time, would highly recommend.
