I got my eyelashes done for a wedding. Paid £35 for a natural look but what I got was nothing of a natural look by the Sunday, that was only three day after I had the eyelashes done. From Day one lashes were falling out one by one, even though I made sure not wash my face as I told the beautician, which was I hard to do because I have night routine that I follow. By the wedding day, I was tempted to have it just removed but my makeup artist made it work white what she could.That night after the wedding most of lashes stayed on pillows. Very disappointing for a £35 expense.

I have been coming to Brows over the last couple of years for my eyebrows threading and tinting and eyelash extensions on occasion (fan lashes). They were always pretty decent and then after my first couple of visits I had a lady called Nadina (I think or something similar) and she did an amazing job. She took great care when doing my lashes and I literally didn’t have one lash fall off for at least 3 weeks. Eventually I had to soak them off because my own lashes were growing them out. I always went on her day so I could have her do my eyebrows and lashes. Unfortunately I believe she has left so my last visit last week I got a new lady. She was obviously rushed off her feet because she was sweating and her hands were particularly sweaty which isn’t nice when you are having your face touched, whilst she was applying the lashes she kept getting the top and bottom lashes stuck together and then would use the tweezers to pull my bottom lashes out (or it felt as though she was) and using a cotton bud and quickly swabbing my lower lid and catching my eyeball in the process. It was not just uncomfortable but painful. 4 days later after following the usual instructions my lashes are sliding off. The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because there are decent ladies there you just have to be lucky but after my last experience I won’t be risking it again though unfortunately.

I had a lash lift here and my lashes have been very damaged after. The solution was definitely left on too long given how fine and short my lashes are, it stung my eyes and I felt very uncomfortable. My bottom lashes which shouldn't have been touched were left frazzled, and my top lashes are completely bent/wonky and over-curled. The woman kept walking off during my treatment and seemed shocked at the end it actually worked, which did not reassure me at all as I had asked if this will work on my lashes. I am very disappointed and basically waiting for the lift to wear off/drop and hope there is no long term damage

The artist reduced and changed the shape of my eyebrows and I heard them commenting about my eyebrows as too much. I felt humiliated and would never recommend the service to anyone.

I have come here a few times for my eyebrows threading/waxing but I now give up. Very little care and consideration into shape and I have walked out with uneven brows- seemed like she rushed my eyebrows to get back to chatting with her colleagues. £10 to now go home and sort them myself...

Had an awful experience last weekend. Mentioned to the brow artist that I would like to keep the shape of my brows and only wanted a tidy up. She said she understood and would only take out the extra hairs. Very disappointed with the service even after explaining my requirements, the brow artist changed the shape of my brows and thinned them out especially from the ends. Also left with my left eyebrow bleeding due to being repeatedly cut during the service and a cut to my nose. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated, would not recommend to anyone to get your brows done from here avoid at all costs!

Avoid or choose worker wisely before letting them touch your eyebrows. Honestly, I have been there few times and it was okay, not too bad or too wonderful. However, today, I went for an eyebrow threading. I have naturally thick eyebrows which are naturally shaped so I just asked them to trim them and tidy them up, I emphasised that I DO NOT want them be thinner or shorter. I just wanted them to removed the extra bit of hair between my eyebrows and close to my forehead. Honestly, I wash shocked, on top of thinning my eyebrows and removing hair from sections that did not need to be removed, they were uneven and that really destroyed the shape of my eyebrows. I REGRETTED coming immediately. The funny part is that the little hair in between my eyebrows has not been touched !! I hate when a business owner just employee people without checking their credentials and experience. Please be careful when attending the place. Will not be visiting again.

Visited here twice for inquiring & possible booking for Lash Application. I’m still awaiting for a call for my appointment which was “scheduled”! …Visited here and the first time, I was told I had to do a patch test -Okay no problem. Did that the following week and have been waiting for a call.. this is about week 3 and NO call! Left my number, email and everything after signing a contract with her after completing the patch test. Thank God I had no reactions.The lady did NOT call. She gave me a date and has not lived to same ! I’m highly disappointed and would not recommend

I must say the reviews put me off from coming here as I have very sparse brows but I’m travelling tomorrow so was desperate. I am so pleased with my eyebrows, the lady was called Asma and she even recognised herself that I have so many gaps and encouraged to keep them fuller and kept showing me the mirror to make sure I was happy. Most places I go to ruin my brows and make them so thin and uneven. Will definitely be back :)

I went for my eyebrows tinting and waxing as I have done many times before at various places. I stated 3 times before the procedure began that I wanted them tinting and waxing, also to add my sister reiterated that I wanted tinting and waxing too. The lady proceeded to wax my eyebrows, and finished rather quick. I asked if she was tinting them as I had asked for this beforehand and she said she couldn’t do this now. Which was fine, however when I looked at my eyebrows they were practically none existent, I have always had very thick and long eyebrows, and not they are extremely thin and short, to which I’m very embarrassed about. I am not one to write reviews however I am very upset with the service and outcome and wish I read the reviews before
