Toolstation Hull Stoneferry
Have been in to the store several times to find the staff very helpful and friendly. Their knowledge of the products is extensive and if they don't know they find out. Tracey, who is always fantastic, rings her plumber husband if she is not sure. The manager Mark never stops, he is like an energiser bunny running about cracking the whip. All in all, the staff and store is always a welcoming place to shop.

Usually don't have any issues with this branch but just been served by the rudest/most miserable member of staff ever. Crack a smile and maybe try to greet your customers in some way and they might not go elsewhere in future. Or get a job where you don't deal directly with paying customers.

They have everything that you can possibly think of for the DIY adventurer and the trades person. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are very well trained to help you understand the best product you want for the job at hand. The click and collect service is very efficient, orders are ready within minutes and you are notified as such.

I went into after using the click and collect, super speedy service and really friendly staff. I then looked at my product, after leaving the shop, and realised I needed a few extra bits but not quite sure what. I went back to see a lovely lady called Laura. She was happy, friendly and really patient helping me out. She is an absolute credit to Toolstation with her exceptional customer service skills. Once again, thanks to Toolstation for provide good quality items at a good price and a massive thanks again to Laura.

Toolstation Hull Stoneferry
Tool Station is my go to shop for tools, screws, fastenings and much more. The staff are excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. Almost everything I've wanted has been in stock. On the odd occasion it hasn't I have simply ordered it over the phone if it's over 25 pound you get free delivery the next day. A big plus for me is the fact that they still have a free catalogue, so i can browse through it at my leisure often finding things that i didn't know they had but i want, so much better than places where you have to go in and try and figure out how to find them on a computer screen. If you're not tech savvy it's utterly hopeless and frustrating. This is a great shop with plenty of parking, highly recommended.
