Went in and asked for a quote on Pressure washer lance and gun to upgrade from my current standard gun and lance when they took it a part broke for the quick release part for lance to attach to the gun but then I had to pay for a new gun and lance so I did and I went back to tell a family member and they said they should give you something for free for breaking the part and when a family member rang up we didn’t get anywhere with the person on the phone he said that I had a cheap part you don’t say that to a customer. Then a couple of days later another family member emailed and got some where and we got a partially refund. Don’t recommend be happy to go somewhere else.
