You have to pay for the toilets. I've already payed like £70 for a bus, why do I have to pay to go to the toilet too? Not really fair is it.

Very nice. Practical, that Spar is open at 02.00. With the exception of 2 chavs coming in with racist rant, it was nice & quiet. It would be better if the security checked tickets before people entered the station or there were machines that scanned tickets, so that you could only enter if you have a ticket.

The Coach Station is quite basic and not too big. It is located in the city centre so easy to get here and well connected to the main things in Manchester. All the main bus companies arrive and depart from here. Staff was helpful.

During a night time there's only one open toilet for everyone (you have to ask for the key). Also some homeless people sleep or stay there at night. With other travelers who wait there for their buses it is Okay (I felt rather safe). However, I don't recommend to be there alone for too long. Surely during a day you can enjoy the coach station more.

Beautiful bus station in the heart of Manchester. The station isnt very big but have options to buy tickets in person as well as have information booth for assistance. It is always recommended to buy tickets online from National Express website. Convenient seats inside bus with good leg space. If you are not in hurry, bus should be the option to enjoy the natural scenery as well as the ticket is way cheaper compare to other forms of transport like train.

Coach station is quite good. It does has a seating and waiting area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was struggling to find the bus number and exact time of the bus. Staff over there helped me and also checked the status of the bus. Had a good experience

You need to pay 30p to use the toilet! The change machine doesn't work and took my money - staff was unwilling to help. Even the ATM charges £1.99 to take money out. Other than a few vending machines there isn't much facility in the station.

Makes travel cheap and easy.. got trip to new castle and all went well.. easy to find and easy to see which coach your meant to get.. only issue I had was no charging port on the way home which made the journey feel longer.. no movies ☹️
