Came in today and asked for a trim as I start a new job tomorrow. I am (or was) a male with long hair which had grown past my shoulders and I asked for a trim so it sat on my shoulders again with layers put back in.What I have ended up with is not what I asked for at all. My hair now doesnt even reach my chin let alone my shoulders. I now have a fringe too that I never asked for as I usually wear my hair tied up but it now no longer reaches to fit a bobble.As a result of this I'm now going to have to go and get my hair cut again today (elsewhere as i do not trust Eden to fix this) as I start a new job and can't walk in looking like this. And to top things off the hairdresser also cut my daughter's hair before I could stop her - despite me saying I did not want it cut today. Her second birthday is in 2 weeks and her mum is fuming as she has been growing her hair out.We have already called in today to make a complaint about the fact that I have ended up with a completely different hairstyle to what I'd requested and that our daughter's hair has been cut without us consenting or requesting it to be. I wanted to leave this review though to ensure future customers are aware of the experience that I have had today.

Me and my 7 year old had our hair done n love the results ,even more so loved the experience they ladies (mother n daughter) were so welcoming n kind .definitely recommend ! Xxx

A fantastic manicure and pedicure both with a paraffin wax treatment. My hands and feet feel and look so good. Also has a crystal clear facial - brilliant.
