Phone Shop

I popped in to this shop due to having really good help when i ran in to a few problems with my phone a while back. I have a OnePlus 6T and the back of the phone cracked, within 24 hours the guys managed to source the part and fix it. On top of that they even had a cheap screen protector which i i need. I reccommend this place to everyone locally that needs a repair asap and needs good customer service.

I never usually leave bad reviews, but I had to, this shop has managed to practically ruin my iPhone, took 65 quid off me for the pleasure, fitted a screen that’s a different colour.I now have issues with the speaker, gave me back the phone and told me I need to do a part of the software upgrade to get it working,Effectively gave me back my phone that’s did not work and tried to make me do part of the fix on the software side , had to return it the following day.The guy behind the desk was so laid back he may as well have been asleep and took two more days to give it back ,could not sort out my home button issue, apparently you can’t do it there’s no way ? ( or they don’t have the know how ).So now I have a phone with a dodgy speaker I have the virtual home button, and the screen the wrong colour.Disinterested and poor customer service.Quite frankly, my phone has the same issues if not more except screens changed.I would not be surprised if there are screws missing, silicon adhesive coming out of charger port! shoddy workmanship and substandard service.Never again.

The worst experience with this shop. After telling me it will take 2 hours to fix an issue with my phone not charging, i was told there was oil in my phone and to give a couple of days, it took up to 2 weeks to get my phone back, with both sims in my phone missing. Called the shop to get my sims back, one was destroyed. A couple of weeks later, same issue with phone not charging so i took it back. Again told to give a couple of days but actually took about 2 weeks because he said the part had to be ordered. No communication at all from them in between to explain the delay, just such an unprofessional outfit. I have now gotten my phone back but the protective case is missing, urghhh, so frustrating as nobody will pick up the phone!

Needed an emergency screen repair on my iPhone XS and this was the nearest shop to me. The man in the shop was very nice and the pricing and time was very straightforward. The screen fix was 90 and the additional glass was 10. It took less than 15 minutes. I'd recommend this place if you find yourself needing a screen fixed.

Save your device - DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS....Went for an iphone screen replacement. First they replaced with a very cheap screen which clearly had a lower resolution and quality than the original. Took it back and they said that they would change it, and they did.Opened the phone a year and a half later to change the battery and all the back plates which should have been in there were missing and the heat shield behind the screen was missing. The screen connector was held in place with sellotape!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Took my phone for a job without telling me the time the shop closed, I came back and the store was closed. They kept my phone in their possession for almost a day. Won't use these chaps again.

DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS.Not recommended at all. If you are planning to send a high performance laptop, please don't send to this shop. They simply mix and match whatever part they have from other laptops laying around and try and error. I am using Asus G15 Zephyrus however i had a problem with the screen, which i sent to this guy, Zayn and the technician, Igor. It's a matter of changing only the screen as the laptop works fine with connecting it to an external monitor. Even the technician giy, igor said the Laptop was in a pristine condition". So I left the laptop over the weekend

140 pounds for a repair to my s8 lcd screen and they didnt fit it properly as the front facing camera wasnt properly alligned, plus he keeps saying tomorrow it be ready and its 2 weeks later when its finally ready, the a20 went funny 2 days after having it back, yes they repaired it probably byt the s8 means more to me and i wont be trusting them again to fix it. cowboys is what they are, and a rip off of 140, stealing my money like that.

Avoid, go somewhere more professional that offers a guarantee on repair work. I had a phone screen repaired here that was done badly, had a hairline fracture, and completely failed within a week, no refund or replacement offer as the repair came with no guarantee. Similarly, I had the power button on a baby monitor resoldered, this lasted about 1 month before failing again.

I’ve just had my iPhone 7 Plus screen repaired here. I highly recommend them. The quality of the repair was excellent, the staff were friendly, I only had to wait 30 minutes and the price was competitive (50 GBP).
