Took my son for a cut at Karims Trims today as we walked past and saw it was well priced.. hair cut was great my son looks really smart but also the customer service was fantastic, he made every effort to speak with my 5 year old and make him feel comfortable and ask us what we want done. Will be bringing my son back here every time now, and the loyalty card is a bonus!

Used to go to the other shop owned by the owner of this place for years and was always given good service. Arrived today 45 mins before the advertised closing time and was told they were closed and to go elsewhere (with zero queue and one person being served). How does it take 45 minutes to serve one extra person? If you want to close earlier, change your hours on the shop window and online. Don’t be rude to customers when they ask why you are clearly open but say you are closed! I will take my business elsewhere in future.
