I have recently had a positive experience with Paregal Pianos. From arranging an appointment for a viewing to delivery, Paul has been very helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout. We are extremely pleased with the end result of our newly restored 1920s piano and would highly recommend Paregal Pianos to anyone.

I visited Paregal Pianos last week, looking to purchase a new piano.Paul was very helpful and kind, and spent a great deal of time helping me choose the right piano.We took delivery of the piano earlier this week, which was trouble free and very easy.I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Paregal Pianos.

Excellent piano storage facilities. They are able to tune your piano too at a reasonable price, although mine doesn't need tuning so I did not use this part of the service myself.

After a technical mishap with my own piano, I called Tuesday just as he was closing, and he managed to squeeze me in first thing Wednesday. I’m currently renting a “baby” grand piano from Paul at Paregal Pianos. From the moment I first made contact the service has been superb. Paul is very friendly and knowledgeable. The piano was even re-polished prior to delivery! The piano arrived on time and the lads that delivered it took great care with it (and my house!). Plus all for a mere £50 a month. What more can I say? I have no hesitation in recommending Paregal to anyone looking to learn to play, or as in my case, re-learning after a 30 year break!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Paul at Paregal Pianos. He was very responsive to my initial email enquiries and replied promptly and helpfully to my numerous questions. He was then helpful when we visited the shop to choose our piano and the process to purchase it went very smoothly. We were then offered a delivery date just a few days later, and we were extremely impressed with the delivery itself, which involved getting the piano around what appeared to be an impossibly tight corner! Thank you very much, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paregal Pianos.

We bought a Marshall & Rose Baby Grand Piano from Paul at Paregal Pianos. He did an amazing job changing the colour from mahogany to black. The communication and service from Paul was second to none from choosing our piano to having it delivered. We love it, thanks so much!
