Low Cost Coach Hire

Absolutely poor service! rude Driver! rude manager once they got they paid! I am advising nobody uses their services at all. driver was 45 minutes late. left 45 mins early, shouted at people. parked in disabled bay even though they was asked to move and refused! Manager only offers a £50 discount for such disgraceful service!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Phoned with an enquiry and they were nothing but rude, insulting and verbally abusive, astonishing. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Stag night was really good coach arrived on time and was competitivly priced. Coach was very new and smelt really nice. Thank you for a good night. Regards Micheal

This company failed to turn up on time for my husbands suprise 50th Birthday trip as he was lost! After endless phone conversations to the driver he finally arrived an hour late which then as you can imagine made us an hour late for our venue and the Knick in affect from that spiraled! The driver could not understand what we were saying and vice versa. He did not know how the coach door opened and he appeared not be familiar with driving a coach. Although complaints were made on the night , I still have not received any response or communication from the company regarding this. I have not even received an apology let alone a refund, therefore will be forced to seek legal advice. my husbands suprise birthday was ruined, Absolutely shocking. Would not use these again or recommend anyone else uses them.Mrs Pond Basingstoke.

I was unable to contact them to book a pick-up point and having seen multiple reviews that drivers did not turn-up / deposits were not returned, I have cancelled 3 days in advance. Unsurprisingly, I somehow got a response to my cancellation saying my deposit will not be returned. DO NOT USE.
