Unfair that paying by card is more than twice the cost of paying by app. Discriminates against those without a smart phone. Used to take coins but no longer. Choosing length of stay also not clear. Poor.

Avoid avoid avoid this car park at all costs , I have received a £100 pcn fine after 5 weeks . I and multiple other people was trying to purchase a ticket but the machine and app wouldn’t work , I left and went to another car park and have received a fine while I was queuing trying to purchase a ticket on 24.6.23 . This cannot be legal and something needs to be done . There making a fortune fining people unnecessarily and unfairly. Please derby council sort this pcn car park out . There is no where to park in derby as it is

Reasonably priced parking close to Derbion Shopping Centre. Parking machines or pay on the app. App charges are less so worth setting up.

A basic outside car park (bays not tarmac) and handy if staying accross the road at either the Holiday Inn or Premier Inn, and at a reasonable price, for overnight stays, compared to others ive encountered over the months.

Be careful and watch the satnav carefully , there is a private car park across the road and can be easily mistaken for the ncp car park ... very close parking for the derbion ..plus when driving into the siddals car park watch put for the really bad pot holes , thereare several and could damage your car ...

This car park's management is beyond disappointing! I parked, paid, and left on time on June 2nd. But, shockingly, 5 weeks later, I received a hefty £100 NCP fine for allegedly not paying. I hadn't kept the ticket for that period of time. Despite appealing with all the details, they rejected it. To make matters worse, I found others - on google reviews - had faced the same issue, with one case covered in the local newspaper. Have paid my fine begrudgingly. Avoid this unscrupulous place at all costs!

Cheapest car park in derby city centre. One downside is that if you don't get there early, you will struggle to find a space. Also, the ground could do with some work, with all the rain we have had the spaces are getting flooded due to big potholes.

Only one machine working, and then only for some. No tickets being printed out for anyone. New app only offers season ticket and old app not compatible with newer phones. When eventually spoke to an operative it was just to receive attitude and threats from a payment collection line.They couldn't tell me what time or even if I was in the carpark, but said they'd issue a penalty notice based upon me contacting them, nice, thanks for your honesty.

Good car park. Plenty of free spaces.Cheaper to use app to pay on arrival than in advance. Unpaved but not really an issue. All wheels and windows still present following morning. Two nights stay and no problems parking works van with tools.
