Whelan’s Hairdressing & Barbers

I’ve left a review before from my main account and can’t review again but after today I just have to so I’ve used my other acc! So I took my 3 year old son for a haircut today. He had to sit longer than usual as it was the first time he was having so much off. The staff were so patient and Mick especially has always been so accommodating. Our hairdresser (Emma I think) also kept calm and did such a good job, even through my son’s meltdown and afterwards too, which wasn’t their job! My toddler has gotten lots of compliments on his new cut. I also get my hair done from here regularly. Fantastic customer service and really professional- they’ve taken my post baby hair from frazzled to fabulous! I cancelled a booking for bridesmaid hair once to get my hair done from here because I personally feel they do such a good job. They cater for everyone- thank you so much Whelans you will always be our family’s go to for hair!Atika x

I haven't left a review for anything in ages but need to give a huge shout out to Phil, first time I've been with my son for him to have a cut and both felt so welcome - lovely atmosphere and phil looked after my lad so well - and the cut was absolutely perfect, and so quick!! Thanks to you all, a really great experience and will absolutely definitely be back!

Came here for the first time on Saturday and it was a great experience. All the staff were lovely and Dani has done an AMAZING job with my hair. Not only did she brighten my hair, but brightened up my day too. She works wonders when it comes to the funky colours and I can’t wait to see what we come up with next!

Took my little boy in today for a very long overdue haircut. Mick was amazing with him. The salon is looking great too. Very clean and welcoming. Thank you, I have a very happy little boy.

I love my new hair! I can be nervous to go to the hairdresser but I was comfortable with Dani instantly. She new exactly what I wanted and let me know about every step so I was never in the dark. Great experience I definitely recommend

A couple of months ago I had my hair coloured by Dani. She did such a wonderful job and I'm going to going to her to get it done again when it's due. She's such a lovely person and talented hairdresser
