After appalling service from the company I purchased my goods from, Roberts Transport's professional, helpful and friendly staff went above and beyond, including a weekend delivery to ensure my pallet would be received in time for the planned installation. I’ve had mixed experiences with this company where they say they are going to deliver and then they claim to have issues with their trucks and the delivery never comes. This has happened twice with orders I’ve placed where Robert’s Transport was the pallet delivery company. My partner and I both ensured we were home on the organised delivery day only to have Robert’s not show up and need to reschedule on a less suitable day.

My pallet delivery that was offloaded onto the middle of the street where it could not be moved off the road due to the parked cars. It was an adapted pallet with vertical boards attached to it. The driver didn't stop to see if I could move it and wouldn't take the pallet away even though I unwrapped the item while he was still there.

We had what could have been a very difficult delivery for wood pellets, but due to really good customer service Rick sorted this out - Shawn (Sean?) the delivery guy was so lovely and helpful and between them they really helped to ensure we were able to have the delivery dropped to our property, which otherwise would have been very difficult. We're really, really grateful - 5 star plus service. This is the second time we've had a difficult delivery from them, but Roberts always seem to take it one step further to make things happen. Good company but they don't return calls or phone you back. So if your waiting for a delivery or a call back then going be a long wait.The staff are great and friendly.its just the management that let the company name down.

Excellent service very nice staff

Absolutely Brilliant. I got a massive LWB Van at a decent price. 21 plate with 7000 miles on the odometer, no issues on the road. I moved all my furniture and luggage with ease, and there was still room for more bags. I returned the van out of hours over the bank holiday weekend, and there were no surprise charges on Tuesday when the contract was closed. Note for future renters, take your personal cars and park them on the premises (taxis are scarce and expensive over the weekend). I couldn't appraise Roberts Transport enough. Thank you!
