Brilliant fish and reptile shop staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable, and they have a great range of fish ,shrimps, etc, and stock everything you need for your hobby. whould highly recommend a visit.

Ordered some fish on eBay from these guys a couple times now and both times I was very happy with how they were packed. All arrived alive and healthy. One thing though is customer service is very slow if you don't call them but they may just be very busy. When they do reply back though they are very helpful.

This is a fantastic Aquatic Gem , Hugh the owner was very welcoming and informative on arrival, the premises has both reptiles and Aquatics and Accessories, loads of tanks with lots of unusual fish plants snails eels , this has a real family owned feel and Hugh couldn’t have been any more welcoming, I made a few purchases and will definitely return and would encourage others to vist you won’t be disappointed, thanks againRegardsDavid

Huw and Daniel run a fantastic set up. Both are very knowledgeable and happy to pass on their experience. Massive variety of fish at very good prices. Well worth a visit.

First time ever ordered fish online and it was a 5 star experience. Nice healthy fish, very well packed. 3 months later all fish doing well, here is a photo of a lovely forktail rainbowfish, he is one of my favourites :)

First time ordering with this company so was a little hesitant at first. Placed an order for 10 black medaka & choose a date I wished for delivery. What can I say apart from I’m over the moon with my order, great communication & answered any questions I had, arrived very well packaged & on the day I asked for. Huge selling point is the cheap prices so I can’t wait to shop with them again in the future.
