After a number of appointments being cancelled by Audi finally had one secured at Preston Audi. I took my car for a health check which took around 2-3 hours. Christine was really helpful, she kept me updated as to what was going on. Andrew was also very helpful in installing/setting up the Audi Data Plug in my car. I was advised the car will be washed & hoovered as complimentary which wasn't the case. Overall impressed with the service provided.

Darren is amazing at Preston Audi. Before I saw the car, he took the time to send me a personalised video, was so friendly and welcoming when I got there too. Went through everything and was so patient. Picked my car up today and he got it all ready with a bow on it, absolutely amazing service from him. Thank you so much Darren, you made buying my car so easy and stress free. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and friendly person to sell me my car!

Literally the worst customer service ever. they give you a date for a MOT that I had written down whilst on the phone.only to get there on the date and time as stated to be told I was a month early.then I was told that the next date there was a weight of approximately 3 hours.only to get there and be told that it would be a 7 hour wait.it's really not good enough.especially when I'm a full time carer.then I was told I would have the car collected and still no one got InTouch now I have to go to Preston once again and the get a train back to blackpool.and then get a train back to Preston the next day to collect the car.not to mention taxi's to and from the train station.its just simply not good enough and now my mother's who's motability car it is that I'm a named driver will go to a different dealer for her next car because Preston Audi are so very bad and unorganized it's simply not good enough at all

I went to Preston Audi today with my mum looking for a new car. We got chatting to Ifan who showed us to a beautiful Audi A1. He listened to everything we had to say & was so lovely. We went for a test drive & not once did I feel under pressure. He made us feel totally at ease. Wasn’t pushy at all and super friendly. We decided to go ahead and Ifan made the whole process so easy. Being a young girl and going to many car garages I can say with certainty this was the best experience with a car salesman I have had. I would 100% recommend Preston Audi, and especially Ifan. He gave us a great experience & I absolutely can not wait to pick up my new car next week! Thank you so much Ifan!

I cannot recommend Audi they offered me a 2 year service package when bought it not realising that you cannot rescind the contract after 14 days you cannot transfer the service to another car you do NOT get the second service any cheaper in fact it cost extra! They refuse to give you your money. Back due to unforeseen circumstances I had to Sell the car before I got the second service after 6 months yes that's right 6 months of trying to get my money back all they offered me was £90 (as a good will gesture!) instead of the £263 that I paid for the service! so if you want a good German car that gives good customer service after you have bought the car buy a BMW

On Monday I rang and asked for a test drive on an Audi Q4. They never got back to me. I went to Liverpool Audi instead, who were very helpful. Not impressed. If they can’t be bothered to make an effort selling a £50k car what are they like on Customer Service if you do buy one? Pretty poor is my guess!

Enquired about a used q7. Was told a salesman would get back to me.Heard nothing so rang again. Still no response. Rang again after around 4 hours waiting for a return call. Manage to get a salesman who said the car had just sold but there was a similar specification car around the same price. He promised to send details and a video. 4 days later nothing apart from constant bombardment via email and text asking how I went on and do I need any more help. I explained everything but just get the same email and text. No response from sales manager. These salesmen must be on a great wage if they ignore customers with cash in hand.Plenty of other decent dealers out there.
