Shopping for family Christmas cards in sale done,have a good choice of celebration cards and gifts at a reasonable price.

Nice size, very wide selection of cards and have some unique presents for people too. Staff not very quick at serving though which is a little dissapointing.

Fantastic selection of cards, and other stock. Excellent value for money.

Busy busy cramped store set in high Street in town. Access to store is a little difficult due to position of tills just inside the doors. Copious amount of stock for all occasions and at reasonable to cheap prices. Can get crowded with not many customers.

Large selection of cards for many occasions, gift wrapping supplies, small gifts, some soft toys & similar items. VERY reasonable prices!They usually have some great gift wrapping items, including boxes & bags of various sizes. It's usually busy, which isn't surprising due to the great prices. I find the staff to be proficient at serving, especially when busy, and also very helpful, polite and friendly....I do find it difficult to find cards for or from the more mature person ... Drawings of teddy bears, animals, boys & girls, flowers etc are fine for some occasions, but some cards of a more grown up" or "classy" nature would be welcome

Staff used to be so nice and friendly but new staff don't know stock service slow and manager rude! Not as cheap as used to be and often only 1 person so longer wait especially with balloons

Zero stars!!! Absolutely awful customer service.Firstly I got served by the worst filthy long finger nails I have ever seen. Then got treated so rudely when returning a faulty item. For the sake of £5.79 is it really worth upsetting a customer who usually spends a lot of money in your shop. Not only that the bad publicity your shop is now getting.
