Go to this store on a regular basis, and every time i’ve been there Andrew’s customer service has been outstanding no matter how busy the store is. He’s always got time for each customer, and nothings too much trouble. And, he is very patient & works well under pressure. - Mrs Hollyoake

I bought a disposable camera from here with 7 day processing time, went in after 7 days and photos not back yet, tried a week later and still not back from processing.At this point I was angry after being told my sons school trip photos were lost in the system somewhere.I was very disappointed however the guy in the shop (andrew) was very apologetic and gave me a full refund and took my number if the photos arrive.I got a call from Andrew around 1 week later stating my order had arrived and I could collect and keep the refund due to the delay.My 3 star review is for the processing department which is not in store, I give Andrew from erdington store full 5 stars for his customer service skills.

Went in to print a document, I asked the lady at the counter to help me send the file to the printer and she asked me to give her my phone. While the document was printing she was still using my phone scrolling through the document, quite confidential to be honest with many personal details.The disappointment doesn’t end here as she printed 2 blanc pages when the document was only half of it….I kindly asked if I can send my document via email and she replied that the “email is down”.Poor customer service, arrogance and lack of willingness to do a very simple job that requiers no effort at all.This is strictly a review for the person and not for the business it self or other people.

One of terrible experience I ever had in this shop . I went there to have a photoshoot for my 2 years daughter's birthday however I was waiting for one hour because the man was so busy and he did not care priority and who came first and then he took a photoshoot from my daughter and he changed the memory in the middle of photoshoot and once we wanted to choose our pics he told us he deleted the first part of our photoshoot because he changed and my 2 years old daughter was so tired and she doesn't want to take a pic again. After 2 hours, we did not have any pics .so awful and terrible

Called them up to ask about baby passport pictures, apparently they don’t do them. They need to update their website. Called the Perry Barr branch and they do then. Erdington branch needs to update their profile!

I have mixed feelings, as went into the shop twice in one day and got completely opposite service. The lady was absolutely amazing, patient and very helpful. I needed a passport photo for my daughter. She took few shots and show me the photos before printing then adjusted photos on the kiosk and they came out lovely. Few hours later I came back with my second daughter and was served by the guy and this was a very unpleasant experience. He snapped a quick photo, when I ask him to show me, he just ignored me and proceeded with printing, wouldn't listen to my comments about the photo quality and was almost arguing with me. I had to ask the lady to step in and complete our order as he was making me to feel upset. I don't like causing problems to workers as I know it's not easy, especially on a very hot day without an air conditioner (it was extremely hot in the shop), however the guy ruined my day, my mood and although I wasn't happy with the photo he took, I didn’t want to ask to retake them as I felt uncomfortable.

Busy shop at times, excellent service from a young girl very helpful with knowledge of photography etc, all the better now you can use photocopies etc very convenient for all, definitely will be using the shop more often
