Bike Pro Racing

Popped in and purchased two new tyres, inner tubes and pedals for my 31 year old bike! They were very busy but still had time to answer my questions and help. Thank you.

Took my brand new part built frame into this shop to finish off the bits I was unable to complete.Was originally quoted £85 for the lot (including new shifter cable and dropper cable and brake trim and bleed)They bled the brakes well ,but couldn’t make the effort to remove the rub out of the pads and disc, I was greeted with excuses as to why they couldn’t do this.Even though, I sorted this within 5 minutes of tinkering when I got home.Phoned up on the Saturday to check how they were getting on and was immediately greeted with ‘there will be an extra £10 charge to route the cable’.This was so they could remove the bottom bracket to gain access. Why is this not included in the original price? The process of installing it is still the same, and it still comes under as ‘labour’ in the original quote just because it took them longer than they anticipated ,it should be at my expense?Got to the shop and was told there will be another charge for a new shifter cable , although this was written in the receipt/quote. I Refused to pay this unfair charge and payed the original quoted price. The owner ‘arif’ I assume got angry and told me I was to never come in here again.That’s not how you treat paying customers and clearly previous reviews also showcase the behaviour and attitude in this shop.They have also dented and scratched my brand new frame around the seat tube by not protecting it adequately , when placing it in the work stand.Not a great experience overall and arif will try and squeeze you for more and more money with unnecessary charges.They also respond to honest bad reviews with poor excuses and deny to accept responsibility and that change is needed.Do not take your bike here , there are plenty of other local independent shops that will be more accommodating and price fairly for your problems/needs.

I honestly couldn't believe it was my bike when I went in to collect it (refer to before & after pictures). Initially planning to sell the bike, but honestly thinking of reconsidering now, especially having rode it home, feels like new! A great job carried out by professional, knowledgeable and friendly team. I will no doubt be back in future. Thanks!

My wife and I both recently bought bikes from Bike Pro Racing and we would highly recommend the shop to anyone. We dealt with Arif who was extremely helpful and knowledgable - nothing was too much trouble and the customer service is excellent. We are delighted with the Bikes which were set up perfectly for our needs but most of all we feel like Arif really cares about his customers. Excellent service and great value for money. Saved my bacon at the last minute after I stripped the threads on a cassette lock ring day before a planned group MTB trip to Wales. Bought my wheel in and popped a new lock ring on from their own stock rather than try to sell me a whole new cassette (as other shops were trying) and then wouldn't take any money. Refreshing to see there are still genuine folk in the industry who love bikes and riding and are willing to get likeminded enthusiasts back on the trails ASAP. Cant thank the guys enough!

A very good bike shop with lots and lots of choice. I'm sure you'll find something for everyone here!

My wife and I, visiting Birmingham from Norwich, hired bikes for a day. They were good bikes at a sensible cost, plus friendly staff in a shop that is packed with and kinds of cycling goods, if you needed them. Thank you. Lots to like!

Thank you! went in Saturday they were extremely busy but Arif went out his way to get me back on the road again. Told me to come back in 15 minutes and the bike will be sorted. He also didn’t charge me saying it was only a quick job. I will definitely be back
