I have used Cloud2IT for nearly a year - they support our business with hardware, software and systems, networks and VOIPS. Their response to support requests is always prompt, they have demonstrated their wide IT knowledge with fixing some weird issues and they are always happy to help, whatever the problem. They keep us running smoothly, adding new users, adjusting access etc and they ask the right questions and are great at explaining things in a way that I understand. They are always a pleasure to deal with.

Cowboy company. During the short time we were with them they provided us with no customer care. Cut off our services on numerous occasions for no reason. Used threatening tactics on our company. Whenever there were issues they could not be bothered to help. Didn't even set us up properly in the first place and then can never get hold of anyone and they never return phone calls. Tried to charge us for an admin fee for changing direct debit details. I paid for a full month and they cut me off 1 day early. The list is endless I could write a story. There are much better Microsoft service providers out there who actually care about your business and the service they are providing. These guys are just lazy and run a money scamming company who have no idea about customer care or service. They should be nowhere near Microsoft products and certainly avoid them at all costs.
