After being in the security bussiness for over 20 years, this company is by far the worst I have ever worked for. Unprofessional, petty, underhanded and dishonest. Join them at your peril.

I turned up for my interview with natasha on time and basically got put in a room to wait for 30 minutes and no sign of natasha. So I walked out. It was the most unprofessional behaviour I have ever seen. With not even a sorry from the other 1 lady that was working there. What a waste of my time.

Always a good service.Very polite and well presented security guards and with someone always on the phone when information to be exchanged and with a vast network they are very dependable.

Very poor and bad management. Operational manager Natasha has a very intimidating and bullying approach to guards. I couldn’t last even a month with the company due to her lies and unfounded accusations. My fellow two colleagues who also moved with me to this company after they took over the site we used to work with another company which lost the contract to EMS didn’t last 3 months due to same treatment. Manager got other workers working as spies for her to spy on other guards she would like to get rid of. Worst company to work for in allMy security experience. Verbally promised us a higher salary and gave us a lower pay on pay. I couldn’t sign for those lies.

I'm aware this is not a review regarding your services however, I have reported this to your company via telephone and also on twitter but feel this needs to be escalated.This employee of your company has been blocking a private car park entrance in Derby City centre on Curzon Street. I have video evidence of your employee having absolutely no disregard to the public as she claims I will park here tomorrow too if I can't get in". The reason she doesn't have access is because she doesn't pay monthly to use the car park. When I told her there are a number of vehicles in the carpark that could have been stranded if an emergency had occurred

All I can say is please do not work for this company.

Terrible company to work for, they do not have an ounce of ethics and the manager, Natasha is deceitful and dishonest. Avoid this company like a plague. I would have taken the company to a tribunal or got the union involved if I had known about these things then, it has been a while since I left that toxic place so all I can do now is warn others off the disgusting place that it is.

Very bad experience with this company. Natasha Operations Manager schedule an interview for me when i went their for an interview the arrogant lady at the corporate site said i can't take your interview because you're not wearing a clothes according to the corporate site i told her that in mail it wasn't mention she didn't listen then i left the building and get back home then i mail the Natasha about the incident she replied me wearing clothes according to corporate site is to impress that you want job :D my thoughts were like that we need to become their slave to get the job at EMS Security Services :D
