17 minutes Late. Held up traffic. Kids had to walk to the limo so surprised ruined. Driver was very polite & apologetic but the owner was too worried that I wanted money back and had a very rude attitude when I was explaining to him. Wouldn’t recommend

Do not book through this Company especially if you don't want 12 children celebrating a 13th birthday to be put off the bus and left devastated by the cruel owner who could not admit he had made a booking mistake, unwilling to compromise and demanding the children get off the bus. Disgusting behaviour

Totally disappointed. Bus interior in need of upgrade. Driver couldn't work music system and was unable to play anything we wanted. Had been assured that destination board would have private message .Broke. waste of money.
