Valley Adventures

Going paddle boarding on the hottest day since records began was always going to be a good bet, but this session totally exceeded all our expectations. Simon was the most fantastic and relaxed coach, letting us have loads of fun, try new things and really encouraging us to push out of our comfort zones; as a result within an hour we were doing all kinds of cool tricks and feeling very confident on the boards, whilst enjoying the spectacular scenery (herons and jumping fish) as we glided down the Esk, 'falling' off regularly to keep cool. Paddle boarding is an amazing way to connect with the water, nature and your own self and can't recommend this experience with Simon enough, he was great fun to be with, very knowledgeable and kept us safe. We'll definitely be doing this again!

Really enjoyed my Introduction to SUP with SUP Adventures. Simon is excellent. I'll definitely be back and bring others with me.

We took a party of 16 junior rugby players. Simon and his team ensured their experience of paddleboarding was both rewarding and fun. A most enjoyable morning.
