Coombes have a far better range of products that the average pet shop.They stock a whole selection of natural foods and treats without sugar for my dog - which I struggle to find anywhere else.The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable - and everything is reasonably priced.Much better than the large chains of pet shops.

What can I say? Natasha, Andy and Rob are all amazing. They are extremely helpful and must have the patience of a saint when I go as I've always had a lot to talk about, more so when I changed my dog to raw feeding. I can't recommend these guys enough xx

The guy behind the counter was super lovely when I took my miniature breed puppy in there for a harness, he let me try it on him and even gave a little treat - not that my drama queen of a puppy would accept it, we put him in a harness after all so we might also be trying to poison him! Even better after having a less than helpful experience in pets at home 10 mins previously. Thank you x

Nice to find a good petshop. One thats sells only health options for all animals... No supermarket options... They ate like macdonalds for your cats!They know there stuff too... And can sell vet only products as two of them have the required qualifications 5*

Always very helpful staff. Free home delivery for larger bags of food if you spend over a certain amount - think it's £25 but not 100% sure. Great choice of dog/cat food.

OMG what an unbelievably fantastic level of service during these difficult times. I placed an order online and didn’t expect delivery for at least a few days but it arrived just a few hours later. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to self isolate like me. Brilliant! Keep up the good work guys and thank you.
