Arrived at 2.45pm to be told they were now closed yet there were customers inside and the OPEN sign was still outside, if they are going to be closed then at least take the open sign inside surely it's common sense which they must lack, used to like this cafe but because of this bad customer service thinking its not as good as it used to be, bring back the old staff

Food was good,plentiful and reasonably priced. However during the time I was there the service was not brilliant. Three different orders had the wrong items removed or missed and no-one in particular seems to cover the till???

This is a wonderful cafe, the service is very good/excellent. Always greeted with a smile and a happy face. Food is very good, you can see the girls cooking it. Which also means you can see the cleanliness, which is also excellent. The toilets are always spotless, and all the girls are good for a laugh. Which makes the atmosphere very good too. Best cafe in woolston.
