I was in two minds whether to post this or not but as a new bride and just on the journey to finding a dress I thought it best others know.I’m not normally one to complain and am normally a very chilled out person. From the offset I found the owner very frosty, on top of that she was reluctant to let me have a look at dresses in her showroom due to the price range . I found her to be rude- body shaming me in front of my family. Being passive aggressive as to why I did not like the dresses she picked. To the point she made my mother cry (after also spending £25 for the appointment) and made us all feel very uncomfortable.It is unfortunate as her assistant was lovely and calm.

Julie was amazing .I had a fun day she made you feel right at home .she couldn't do enough for us and its hard work fitting all those dresses and cheers for the procecco.and last but not least the dresses we're beautiful
