After poorly fitting in seven windows and a back door with gaps and no plastering, done without special care and on top of the windows were left without covering the holes they made. Covering the imperfections they layered trims upon trimming covering it with silicone making it look terrible and out of place. Also placed at an angle so the seal is not working leaving plenty of gaps with wind bypassing. No one employ those people if you care for your home and not want the jobs to be carried with sufficient care and skill. No skills whatsoever, not laying any protective cover or film to protect the laminate and wooden floors causing the tools to scratch the surface, on top of that the workers have decided mixing plaster on my decking would be appropriate, causing the varnish and colour to come off leaving damaged surface. They took no responsibility but still expected the paycheck, after begging them to come and fix the all imperfections they decided to reschedule the job FOR ANOTHER WEEK.

Poor workmanship, you phone them to get things finished off,,which takes ages to get them, then they don’t come out, but then they are pestering you to do other work

What an awful experience. One month late in fitting the windows. My wife waited in all day on three occasions before they eventually turned up. Half an hour after the job was completed the manager was on the phone to me at work asking for the payment. No opportunity for me to go hone and check the job was done properly. When I got home the first thing I noticed was the doorbell hanging off. This wasn’t working because the mains feed through the transformer was disconnected with live wires and terminals exposed. The transformer safety covers were missing. Highly dangerous!The binder door was not sealed properly (.they actually sealed around the door bell and transformer leaving large gaps in the seal. The phone line wasn’t working because they had broken the micro wires in the connection box. I have had to pay to have all this repaired and the manager of the company has offered no compensation to us.Our drive, which had been resurfaced 12 months before was damaged wheee they had dropped the old windows. Again, this needs repairing and no compensation has been offered.Perhaps what epitomises the standards of this company is that my son overheard one of the fitters boasting to the other his he had ‘sacked of work’ early and hadn’t returned for 6 hours.If you want a well done job on your windows I would recommend you look elsewhere. This company will simply end up costing you more financially, time wise and stress wise.

After installment service extremely poor. Left the job with guttering that does drain, windows scratched,and flashing incomplete. Have called them for a month and been promised that someone would come out. Still waiting. And now they aren't picking up my calls. Very poor customer service

Utterly appalling made us ill with stress. Lied their heads off about everything. Work was atrocious, when they bothered to turn up, stole the lintel instead of installing it. Lied about Assure and Certas membership, spent months refusing to call back to fix things. Didn't provide building regs certificate and broke all sorts of regs and their own terms and conditions. Scam artists, wish we could sue them

I rung bright style to come out and correct my composite door which is tight, they told me they would come out and correct it to not turn up.. I tried to ring again only too find there number on website no longer exists so not happy about this . Brightstyle correct your contact details and when you say you will send someone to fix the problem.actually come our not ignore my request

Very poor service. Installed two large bay windows and we've been left with poor fitting, cracking to the walls and the rendering on our bay window is in complete ruin, which means we will have to pay to get it completely re-done.On top of all of this, as part of our special deal" from the sales guy we were promised all appropriate certificates which we have chased many times with no joy. They are quick to contact us for more business though. Avoid!!"

Would give minus stars if I could, had a porch roof fitted in January after it began leaking. Now 10 months later its still leaking now its even worse than before the fitting, wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!

New guttering fitted for my mum in 2019....has leaked since installation....more than two years on she is still pursuing them to repair (do it properly). Absolutely evasive. Dont turn up don't answer calls etc etc. 10 year guarantee stated on the contract but still waiting for a separate guarantee certificate. A nightmare my mum doesn't need. I think the term that comes to mind is cowboys" but plenty of stronger words are on the tip of my tongue."
