I ordered a Sgian Dubh from Alan, it arrived the Monday after I ordered on the Friday. Fantastic service. Replied very quickly to my message. Hand made and goes fantastic with the kilt pin my Granada made years back. Also very good value.

Ullapool Box Creations
The owner, Alan, was a fantastic host and we ended up purchasing a load of fine pieces - three Sgian Dubhs, two Scottish dirks, two kilt pins and three wood working knives. This man is a consummate professional who knows his wood and is a master craftsman. I recommend if you are looking for a nice Scottish knife/Sgian dubh/dirk, check out Alan’s site on Etsy. He stands by his craftsmanship and is a joy to work with.
