Going through the Colchester UK branch has been a nightmare. Incompetent packers and administrative staff have made our life way more stressful than it should have been. Emails not answered, stupid things like cooking oil packed and old rubbish that they were told to leave. Then they have the audacity to want to charge us more because our possessions went over a 20 foot container. Will we ever see our things again???? Avoid like the plague. FOOTNOTE. A lot of our possessions were lost in transit". No attempt to search for them. Removals ombudsman will be our next option."

Had to fill out a monster of a form, then waited two weeks for a response. Quote was ridiculous and the attitude of staff was terrible. Ended up with a local removals company, got a price instantly and booked. Don't bother with Pickfords.

Great bunch of guys at Colchester, as well as office staff at head office.
