The Crafty Thread
I ordered a bag in the shop and they got my order wrong so I asked them to rectify. I was told I could have a refund if I wanted. I didn’t want a refund I wanted the colour of writing that I specified. When I asked how long it would take to rectify the lady in the shop shrugged me off and told me she would message me when it was done. The staff were rude. This was their mistake not mine
