Nice little hardware shop, staffed by friendly folk.Downstairs is a lot of tools and building supplies etc.We went in for chopping boards as it happens, and nearly completely missed the first floor which is helpfully labelled for kitchen goods. Upstairs includes kettles, basic appliances, cooking knives and all sorts.

This is a small town hardware shop that has the knack of having whatever it is you need. It is located very conveniently in the town square. They supply all the things that DIY people want and items for the kitchen. The staff are well informed and very helpful. They are life savers in this town.

Went in with my bike which had a rounded off screw and Ben spent about 30 mins going through every tool he had in order to remove it!Many shops might have said “sorry, too busy” or “no, can’t do it” but Ben was amazing and worked his arse off before finally getting the bolt off. Wouldn’t take any cash other than what the necessary nuts and bolts needed for the repair.Thank you so much JP, you guys are amazing.

Was discriminated against on entry, after telling a staff member I was exempt from wearing a mask due to being heavily asthmatic, I was denied entry into the store, and lectured on the 'importance of mask wearing'!! Disgusting behaviour, and will not be returning. Have just moved house and was going to spending a lot of money. Went to porthmadog Wilko instead where I was treated fairly and by very helpful staff. AVOID!! WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have plenty of items in store and I always manage to find what I'm looking for. The only problem I have with the store on 2 floors, and the kitchen items are on the second floor, is I'm disabled find it difficult to master the stairs. But the staff are willing to help if the are free and able to assist.
